Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to claim back-to-back Premier League wins when they travel to Portman Road on Saturday to take on Ipswich Town.
Revenge will be on the minds of Spurs’ players following the shocking 2-1 loss in the reverse fixture in November.
Match Preview
Tottenham have endured a hugely disappointing season under manager Ange Postecoglou.
The Australian’s squad has been plagued with injuries, with many key players still sidelined with fitness issues. They have already been eliminated from the FA Cup and EFL Cup, and are currently languishing in 12th place in the table.
However, the Lilywhites received a big boost last weekend as they outclassed Manchester United 1-0 in north London.
James Maddison made an immediate impact on his return from injury as the 28-year-old struck the decisive goal in the 13th minute of the game.
Meanwhile, Ipswich Town will enter Saturday’s fixture on the back of a 1-1 draw at Aston Villa.
The Tractor Boys were forced to play with 10-men for the entire second-half, but still managed to come away with a point from a difficult place thanks to Liam Delap’s 56th minute goal.
Despite the draw, Kieran McKenna’s side are two points adrift of safety in 18th position.
Team News
Richarlison, Dominic Solanke, Micky van de Ven, Cristian Romero and Radu Dragusin will not be available for selection as they are still confined to the infirmary. Kevin Danso, Rodrigo Betancur and Son Heung-min were all withdrawn in the win against United, but the trio have suffered minor knocks and there is no reason they will not be fit for Saturday’s clash.
As for Ipswich, Axel Tuanzebe will be missing due to suspension. Christian Walton and Julio Enciso will also be sidelined due to fitness issues.

Ipswich Town vs Tottenham Hotspur prediction
The Tractor Boys were brilliant against Villa in their last league outing, but their overall performances have been far from convincing this campaign.
Tottenham have a golden opportunity to avenge November’s defeat. Ipswich will have home advantage, but we believe Spurs will seal maximum points from the game.
Ipswich Town 1-2 Tottenham Hotspur
